With this team of talent, our menus are diverse in nature, yet also a reflection of Austin’s own “Melting Pot” of cultures and neighborhoods. Hudson Meat Market

Hudson was established in 1969. We’re located in the heart of downtown Austin, Texas just down the street from the Texas State Capitol. Hudson Meat Market produces a variety of smoked sausages and meat snacks for food service and retail customers. We also offer processing services to the Texas wild game hunters.
